At present, Kriti Kreazione ships only within India.
We do not currently accept or fulfil international orders. International shipping may be introduced in the future, at which point this policy will be updated accordingly.
Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to courier serviceability and the delivery location.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the location and availability of courier services.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.
For security purposes, our courier partners may require identity proof at the time of delivery to verify the recipient.
Customers are requested to cooperate with the delivery partner where such verification is required.

Where delivery cannot be completed for such reasons, additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated to you.

If non-delivery occurs due to an error on the customer's part, such as an incorrect name, address, or contact information, any additional cost incurred by Kriti Kreazione for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
